Abigail Tearse - Tapping at the Coal Face of Pain

Singer Abi's pelvis was shattered in a motorbike accident, and botched surgery condemned her to years of constant and agonising pain.

Inhabiting the twilight world between pain and medication she raised the daughter she was told she'd never have.  EFT has been transformational and she has been tapping at the 'coal-face' of pain with outstanding bravery.

Abi shares how she has learned what works with EFT.

When you look at other super heroes they all have special powers that you can see them using but what about Batman?

Well if you revisit the history behind the making of the super hero you will find that he has a traumatic past. He fell into a cave of bats and he became phobic of bats and had to work on himself over time to deal with this issue.

So his appearance is a way of reminding himself of the powers he has within and the strength that he can call on when in a tight spot.

We all have the power of the super hero and sometimes a challenging event in life allows us to discover what lies beneath our outward self, the hidden power that will take us out of the comfort zone that may be self controlling us, a place of safety that keeps us stuck, unable to move beyond and discover our true greatness.

It has been amazing to hear from Nick Ortner about how tapping has been able to play its part in helping parents who lost children,

Dealing with Cravings

When I go back in time I think of eating sherbet dips or being given a whole 50p to spend and as a child that was like £10.000.!

I spent it on as many bubblegum as I could eat in one day.

One of the problems with being a diabetic or for anyone looking at a weight issue is that sugar is an absolute no no!

So if you were like me sweets generated so much pleasure and a feel good emotion that now as an adult I still crave things that give me that high. And we all tend to crave especially when we feel low or life is challenging us in some way

How can we stop that early programming and win back control over our emotions and cravings?

Jonathan Shaw shares time with Gary Williams and talks about how stress can be created from some sort of shock in your life.
