Also how important acceptance is in clearing psychological reversal, and the different levels of reversals that there are. In this audio we talk with Lindsay Kenny about Psychological Reversal. Lindsay says that there are three types of PR –
The first type of PR is General Polarity Reversal or GPR, which is about the energy in our body being scrambled by things such dehydration, negative thinking, jet lag, toxins in the body and electrical fields from electrical equipment such as computers, cell phones and printers etc. And that this reversal stops EFT from working effectively.
The second type of PR is Secondary Benefit Syndrome, which is about resistance to change because our subconscious mind is trying to keep us safe. This will also stop EFT from working.
The third type of PR is Massive Reversal, which is rare, and is about the subconscious mind being in conflict with the conscious mind about life itself, and which needs to be neutralised by an experienced practitioner to enable EFT to be effective.
Lindsay talks about using muscle testing to determine whether we are reversed, and also about using the negative whilst tapping the karate chop at the beginning of every session to neutralise any reversal that may be present, before going into a tapping round.
